Your First Visit

To set up your first visit, please contact our office to set up a new patient exam.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your new patient exam to fill out and submit new patient paperwork. Parking is readily available in Rose Hill Plaza, free of charge.

Financial Policies

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Patients who do not do so, or miss their appointment, will be charged a $75 fee.

What to Expect for New Patients

  • Digital X-rays: At your first visit, you will receive a full mouth series of x-rays. These images provide a detailed view of your teeth and surrounding structures with minimal radiation exposure. X-rays give information about your oral condition which are essential for diagnosis and treatment planning.

  • Comprehensive Exam: Following x-rays, your dentist will perform a comprehensive exam. This includes evaluating your teeth and your gums. The dentist will review your x-rays, and discuss any findings and recommend treatment or cleanings as needed. Dental Hygiene appointments will be scheduled following the comprehensive exam to ensure proper diagnosis and insurance reimbursement.

  • Treatment Planning: At Rose Hill Dentistry, we will tailor a treatment plan according to your needs, priorities, and goals. We are here to help you understand your oral condition, and to help you make informed decisions for your oral health.
